This policy explains how Fiddler’s Green Event Venue handles information collected through fiddlersgreenweddings.com and its website inquiry and tour-booking features.

Information you provide

When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, and the details you include in your message. Tour bookings may include your contact information and scheduling details. Our Bridal Breakfast request form also asks for a guest count, wedding date, breakfast time, meal selections, and any food allergies or preferences you choose to describe. Please provide only information needed for your request, and avoid including sensitive information about other people.

How we use information

We use information you provide to answer questions, arrange tours and events, respond to meal requests, and communicate about the services you request. Website information also helps us maintain, secure, and understand the use of the site.

Fiddler’s Green does not sell customer data or share customer data with wedding or event vendors. This is separate from the service providers that process information to operate the website and its features, as described below. Links to recommended vendors do not automatically send them your inquiry details.

Website services and information collected automatically

Website hosting, security, and backup services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, request times, and website logs. Form submissions and related event communications may be stored in our website and business systems.

Google Analytics 4: We use GA4 to measure website visits, page views, interactions, and lead activity, including phone-link clicks and successful contact-form submissions. The site loads the Google analytics tag directly. Our custom lead events do not include form answers, names, email addresses, or phone numbers. Calendly: Our tour scheduler uses Calendly. Information you enter in that scheduler is processed through Calendly to arrange your appointment. See Calendly’s Privacy Notice.
Embedded content: Maps, reviews, and media supplied by other services may connect your browser to those providers and process technical information or cookies when the content loads or you interact with it. Google Maps and Google content are covered by Google’s Privacy Policy.
Browser notifications: The site uses OneSignal for browser notifications. Its software may process browser, device, network, and usage information. Receiving push notifications requires your browser permission; you can revoke that permission in browser settings. See OneSignal’s Privacy Policy.

Cookies and your choices

Website features and service providers may use cookies or similar browser storage. You can manage cookies and site permissions in your browser, and use any privacy controls offered on the site. Blocking cookies or embedded services may affect some features. Because the GA4 tag loads directly, the website’s cookie panel does not control its loading. Google offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers.

When you follow a link to a vendor, social network, or another website, that service’s own privacy practices apply. Review its policy before providing personal information.

Records and privacy requests

Retention needs vary with the inquiry, event arrangements, and related business records. Contact Chris for information about the records associated with your request or how long they are kept. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided.
