This fusion of old-world aesthetics and modern farmhouse simplicity evokes a sense of nostalgia, complemented by the inclusion of antique windows, hand-forged hinges and straps, and foundation pillars sourced from the historic Jacksonville railroad depot of the 1800s. Additionally, the Gristmill proudly showcases wooden beams and bricks salvaged from a venerable bank dating back to the 1850s.
